Purpose Drivers

Since college, I have been a marathon enthusiast, turning to the sport of running at times when I have needed self-reflection, stress relief, or simply just self-care. To date, I have run 8 marathons, including Boston and New York, and with each one, I walk (or sometimes wobble) away with a new realization. Running has instilled in me invaluable outlooks on life which have translated to both my professional and personal life. Running has taught me that I am tough, resilient, and incapable of defeat when faced with an obstacle worth overcoming. I have learned that embracing the process, including the ups, downs, and unexpected detours along the way is imperative to avoiding indifference in times of victory, whether it be securing that long-awaited promotion or winning the race. Running has taught me that it is never too late to reinvent yourself, your outlook, or your approach to a problem, person, or circumstance. And, most importantly, the only way to truly lose the race is by not running in the next one. Working with mission-centric clients that are fueled by passion and motivated by meaningful necessity allows me to provide value-added contributions to their operations in furtherance of the aligned goals of the client, the firm, and myself – an unparalleled feeling of fulfillment.
