Leading Tovella Dowling’s public communications and relations, Ms. Marson is a core member of the firm’s operations and administration team, with her role being critical to fostering and maintaining the firm’s relationships with its clients, vendors and trusted referral sources, and community partners. Ms. Marson is a solution-oriented communicator with diverse expertise in customer engagement, business operations and analytics, professional management, and human behavior assessment. Motivated by fast-paced environments, like-minded achievers, and a deep enthusiasm for mastering her craft, Ms. Marson brings passion, inspiration, and understanding to the firm, its clients, and industry partners.
Outside of the office, Ms. Marson enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their puppies, Norman and Harry.
